Geoffrey Prentice, a full member of the RIBA and ARN, has lead his company for over 25 years. 5D Architects is a Chartered Practice registered with the Royal Institute of British Architects. The company is an award winning practice for its sensitive work with conservation and heritage buildings. At the same time Geoffrey offers flair and imagination to create contemporary homes using light and space to its maximum potential. In the last 10 years the company has concentrated on luxury homes for private clients, both newly constructed homes and the complete refurbishment of existing large family houses. These properties lie within the London Boroughs of Barnet, Camden, Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, including the luxury homes of Hampstead, St John’s Wood, Belgravia and West London. Over the years Geoffrey has created wonderful homes for his clients with whom he builds a good rapport and for many of his clients having completed more than one project with the company.
The company offers expertise in CGI presentation and where models are required to further demonstrate the ideas, these are made in-house. Geoffrey is always the direct link with clients so there is consistency as the designed project proceeds through the various stages of development through to completion.
At the outset, the overall concept will be discussed at length with the client and ideas exchanged. Geoffrey will then interpret the clients’ requirements and offer a service where a variety of designs and layouts are discussed at length in order to achieve the desired home the client is seeking. Advice will be given regarding costs, and the need for other specialists to join the team, in order to deliver the successful outcome. Geoffrey will maintain contact throughout the project and offer a personal service that reassures the clients.
